In this project, we oversaw the successful initiation and planning of a dust management system that enables our client to accurately monitor, respond to, and report on various metrics to comply with regulatory environmental requirements.

The Mount team was engaged to manage the upgrade of our client’s programmable logic controllers (PLCs) across two large iron ore sites and multiple shutdowns. We effectively and efficiently integrated these upgrades with no impact on the sites’ shutdown schedules.

We implemented the end-to-end transition to operations of an autonomous haulage project. The Mount team’s successful delivery of this comprehensive integrated transition has enabled our client’s support teams to reliably maintain the project outcomes.
