We were engaged to deploy a safety-critical collision awareness system (CAS) on a mine site that consisted of 300 heavy and light machines. Delivered within the tight timeframe, the solution we implemented has significantly reduced the risk of collisions and incidents.
We managed a wireless network optimisation project to improve our clients’ existing wireless network for autonomous haulage. Delivering end-to-end project management, we have kept the project tracking on schedule and cost despite global supply chain issues.

The Mount team was engaged to manage the upgrade of our client’s programmable logic controllers (PLCs) across two large iron ore sites and multiple shutdowns. We effectively and efficiently integrated these upgrades with no impact on the sites’ shutdown schedules.
